Are you a Production Supervisoror Manager from a CNC background looking for a challenging yet rewarding key role within a multi-million-pound manufacturing business?
On offer is the opportunity to join a global business in a key role where you will manage the day to day running of a CNC Workshop and directly grow the business through increasing productivity and efficiency.
This company manufacture specialist components for the Aerospace, Semiconductor and Oil & Gas Markets. They are known for their great working environment, low staff retention and employee benefits.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor/Manager with experience in CNC manufacturing & Lean methodologies.
The Role:
-Double Days Shifts (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm)
-Running day to day operations a Machining production site
-Ensuring KPI's are met and productivities increase
The Candidate:
-Previous experience working within a CNC Manufacturing operation
-Engineering Qualification (HNC / HND / Equivalent or Higher)
-Looking for a rewarding role within a successful business
