Whilst the successful Business Analyst will be working on a wide variety of projects encompassing software, infrastructure and process, a focus upon bespoke software projects would prove an advantage. Whilst my client's software and infrastructure is predominantly Microsoft-based, specific technology knowledge is not required, although a thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle is!
