Senior Operational Risk and Conduct Manager
Surrey
£50000 - £65000 per annum
Client is a leading Consumer Credit business for a Senior Operational Risk and Conduct Manager to join their Risk team during an exciting time for the business.
Our client is looking for a Risk professional with experience in the development and delivery of an effective operational risk framework, but also has good knowledge of conduct risk as well. You must have Financial Services experience and have been exposed to operational risk and conduct risk in some capacity.
Reporting to the Head of Risk, duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
* Oversight of Operational Risk throughout the business.
* Continuously look at and improve the operational risk framework, including yearly review of the risk appetite.
* Manage and implement KRI's for operational risk in order to help identify risk and trigger points for escalation.
* Oversight of incident reporting. Seeking route causes including failing or missing controls.
* Develop and manage the Risk and Control self assessment exercise.
* Manage risk register.
* Reporting to relevant committees with the operational risk performance.
* Work alongside key stakeholders within the business.
