Intro Personnel is an expanding recruitment company that provides a professional recruitment service to the Staffordshire and South Cheshire business community. We pride ourselves on our comprehensive approach to recruitment and due to an internal promotion, we are looking to expand our team with the appointment of a Branch Administrator.
Working in a busy office environment, this exciting opportunity will involve the following duties:
- Creating and updating candidate and client records
- Maintenance of the company database and filing system
- Sending electronic correspondence relating to appointments / interviews / assignments
- Website content management including posting regular blogs
- Organising electronic and social media communications including regular newsletters
- Posting job adverts and job board maintenance
- Setting up of new temporary starters and processing of HMRC forms
- Search and selection of candidate's CVs for both temporary and permanent live job roles
- Providing administrative support to both the temporary and permanent recruitment teams
Interested applicants should be enthusiastic characters with a flexible attitude, a high level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills. Experience of working in a busy office environment would be considered advantageous, although applications will be considered from candidates looking to build a career within administration.
