Regulatory Risk Consultant
We have an interim opportunity for a regulatory risk consultant to:
- Provide notification and support to the business in relation to changes and developments in regulations, including but not restricted to FCA, PRA, Central Bank of Ireland, data protection legislation and related industry body matters
- Support the Regulatory Risk Team in developing a culture of compliance throughout the Group
- Collect, analyse and deliver retained business Risk and Incident data and MI, for submission to required Governance Committees
- Manage, maintain and operate processes for submitting regular returns to the regulators and ensure that information recorded on FCA, PRA, CBI and ICO registers remains up-to-date
Knowledge and Experience:
- Technical knowledge of Regulatory principles, rules and guidance; Data Protection Act and related industry body matters as well as FOS guidance
- Good understanding of financial services and in particular of life and pensions business (product administration processes and outsourced service arrangements)
- Experience in a risk environment
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: End of December 2017
