ESG Recruitment are currently working exclusively with specialist Digital/Media Recruitment agency based in the heart of Shoreditch, who are looking to secure a top flight Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant for an immediate start.

The Digital market in Recruitment is different to the standard corporate style that other Recruitment markets adhere to. It is all about networking with the people who create the future of Digital Technology.

Your clients will be the people who are designing the newest iPhone/Android apps and YOU will be responsible for finding the right developers to make that app happen.

Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary:GBP21k basic plus uncapped commission - 1st year OTE GBP45k+

Incentives: Regular client lunches/dinners, weekend trips away, opportunity to reach Management very quickly

Location: Shoreditch, Central London

Role: Networking - finding new clients, sourcing the best candidates to fit the needs of your clients, managing interview processes and negotiating contracts.
