Job Title: Head of Partnership Engagement

Location: Central London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our Client

The Head of Partnership Engagement will report to the CEO and is responsible for the management, nurturing and cohesive joint partnership program marketing efforts with key/strategic partnerships. This person will evaluate the company partner commitment and be accountable for ensuring the full value of their commercial contracts with partners is fully realized. Partners are core to our Client's long term revenue streams and clearly defined, cohesive, partner programs that drive unique joint marketing and programmatic efforts are a key requirement for this role. Maintaining and building trust and alignment from the company partner marketing contacts is critical to this person's success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate weekly with company business team to intimately understand unique partner relationships and larger segment strategies
  • Develop and execute long term, measurable partner marketing programs and plans
  • Work closely with Partner Account Management resources across all lines of business to ensure visibility and integration of partner marketing efforts as part of overarching annual Partner Plans and goal setting.
  • Act as instrumental driver of partner Referrals and associated revenue as outcome of partner marketing, engagement activities
  • Track partner marketing programs success with metrics, measuring value of effort
  • Ensure co-marketing materials are in line with Indirect Channel and Financial Services value proposition and the company's Core Corporate messaging
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on Company Association and Tradeshow initiatives tied to the Company's Financial Services Indirect Channel
  • Support and/or represent the Company in FinServ partner communications and events globally
  • Build trusted relationships with product and marketing points of contact across the Financial Services industry verticals
  • On-board new partners as contracts are executed with a standardized partner program toolkits and set of management tools
  • Seek to ensure ALL partners are enthusiastic about the Company and proactively seek out opportunities to generate more value for their joint customers

Education and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years partnership program management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting indirect channel marketing activities
  • Experience driving business development activities that result in enhanced partner value creation/optimization
  • Professional maturity and credibility to engage with Strategic Partners Global Product and Marketing teams to create and drive momentum around joint marketing and communications commitments partner programs
  • Experience working inside the Financial Services industry a plus
  • Experience managing and working with external firms to execute on programs on time and within budget a plus
  • Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must have the ability to work in the UK without any restrictions
