An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join Third Dimension based in Bristol.

Third Dimension is the leader in the field of non-contact dimensional measuring equipment used principally in the automotive and aerospace industries worldwide, and sold through an international network of distributors.

The Admin Assistant role is to work alongside the Company Accountant supporting him/her in in the monthly production of Management Accounts, the daily activities of the Accounts Department and office administration generally.

As an Administration Assistant, your duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Purchase invoice posting
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Sales invoice posting
  • Credit control
  • Expense claim administration
  • Managing kitchen and stationery supplies
  • General office administration
  •         Telephone answering

An ideal Administration Assistant will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative unsupervised
  • Organised, conscientious with attention to detail
  • Willingness to investigate and resolve problems
  • Ability to prioritise work load under pressure

Software knowledge required

  • Competent knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Ideally working knowledge of Salesforce and Xero.

This is a part time role based on 60% of a full working week.

In return, you will receive a salary of £18,000 pro rata, plus the following benefits:
