You will be provided with the relevant training on both the Technology market and recruitment strategy/techniques; to provide you with all the tools to be successful and build a great reputation. The role of a recruiter demands excellent communication skills and you should be able to adapt your approach depending on the demographic of the individuals you are engaging with.

Daily Tasks:

- Contacting candidates via Job boards/advertising/networking to gain new business opportunities from the following channels: - - Qualified Leads, Hiring Line Managers, Reference Points, Exploitable Company Information & Situations, Referrals and Head-Hunting

- Supporting the Head of Division in sourcing suitable candidates for clients? vacancies to gain knowledge of the market.
- Maintaining a high-level of calls throughout each day to find as much potential opportunity as possible.
- If an experienced consultant then the opportunity to build your own desk will be available immediately to you. Should you have less/no experience then this opportunity will be available to you in as little as 6 months.

Career progression:

Entry Level: Become a Recruitment Consultant in as little as 6 months. During this time, you will have the opportunity to earn commission through resourcing against existing clients.

Experienced Consultant: Build your own desk with dedicated support from the Head of Division and a supportive Delivery Team. No barriers to entry with regards to specific divisions/specialisms within the IT market. Opportunity to appoint a Delivery Consultant to support with vacancies.

Skills/ Experience

- Highly ambitious and Self-Motivated
- Recruitment Experience (preferable but not essential)
- Existing IT Knowledge (Preferable but not essential)
