Pescado has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join the team based in Ewloe, Cheshire. You will be on a full time permanent basis with a competitive salary of £16,000 - £19,000 per annum dependent on experience.

What you will be doing as our Customer Support Advisor

Our Customer Support Advisers are vital in providing advice, information and quick resolution to our customers focusing on mobile phones.  You will work within a small team of advisers on the phone, taking calls and ensuring our customers feel they are a priority, are well taken care of and are frequently communicated to until their questions are answered or their issues resolved. 

What we’re looking for in our Customer Support Advisor

- Experience working in a customer service team, ideally over the telephone

- Take a huge amount of pride and enjoyment in delighting customers

- Enjoy working as part of a small team

- Be able to demonstrate a friendly and professional approach with customers

- An organised way of working to ensure that work is completed to deadline

- Favour working in an entrepreneurial working environment rather than a large corporate style operation
