A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join an established & growing business based on the outskirts of Ripley (Derbyshire) and in a role where you can let your creative ideas flow.

This position is a key role within the business and requires a solid understanding of all main areas of the marketing mix, the ability to develop an objective driven strategic marketing plan & drive online & offline engagement through a broad range of activities.

The minimum requirements for the Marketing Manager are:

* Experienced within a standalone 'hands-on' Marketing Manager or equivalent position
* Solid understanding of all areas of the marketing mix - specifically online
* Naturally objective focused during delivery
* Creative, Passionate and the ability to come up with new concepts & ideas
* Great at building positive relationships with suppliers & customers
* Well organised, can prioritise effectively and with excellent IT skills

As Marketing Manager, you'll see that this role really does give you the ability to use all areas of your marketing knowledge and skills from research based tasks, including both online & offline techniques.

Key focuses of your role will also include:

* Working closely with key stakeholders of the business including Senior Management and Directors
* Designing, creating and implementing an objective focused strategic marketing plan
* Managing a generous marketing budget
* Completing competitor analysis & SWOT analysis
* Delivering different online & offline marketing activities based on a desired outcome
* Attending exhibitions to promote the company
* Providing sales tools to support the sales team
* Managing & forming relationships with suppliers
