HGV Mechanic
Location: Bridgewater
My client, a well established commercial vehicle maintainer is actively seeking to employ a skilled, experienced and fully qualified HGV Mechanic for their depot in Bridgewater.
Working on a large mixed fleet of heavy commercial vehicles the successful HGV Mechanic applicant will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair.
HGV Mechanic duties to include:
- Six weekly inspections
- General Servicing
- MOT preparations and presentations
- Diagnostics
- engine / gearbox rebuilds
- Light welding if you have the skills
The successful HGV Mechanic must have recognised industry qualifications i.e. City & Guilds or NVQ to level three in commercial vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent.
The hours of work for this HGV Mechanic role are 6:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (50 hours a week)
The successful HGV Mechanic will earn GBP14.47 per hour
