Due to huge success across its Engineering and Technical provision, the college is the preferred supplier of technical training by an array of global Engineering companies such as Siemens and Kellogg’s. To help fuel this success, the college is looking to appoint a number of high-quality and ambitious Engineers across its Mechanical and Electrical/Electronic Engineering provision.

Committed to improving standards and ensuring the quality of teaching and learning, you will be required to plan, prepare and teach on Engineering courses as well as carrying out key administrative tasks to ensure these courses are delivered effectively and students are supported.

With a Level 4 qualification in Engineering and relevant teaching experience, you will have an awareness of the strategies needed to improve retention and raise achievement.  A Level 2 qualification in English and Maths and a PGCE/Certificate in Education (or equivalent) will be essential or a commitment to complete this within 2 years.  NQT’s with relevant experience and the determination to develop their career with the College will be considered.
