Joining them as Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for key facility repairs, implementation of improvements and delivery of key facilities improvement projects.

Assisting other team members in general facilities duties, you will support projects and be involved in office moves, refurbishments, general infrastructure improvements as well as external ground repairs.

You will play a key part in providing a quick response to near miss / site incidents, in conjunction with our Health and Safety team and experience of incident management and previous environmental management systems essential.

In order to be successful in this role, candidates must hold City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 (or the equivalent NVQ qualification) along with a 17th Edition Electrical Installation certificate. Candidates who have or who are working towards Inspection and Testing 2391 are highly desirable – should you not hold this, you must be willing to achieve this within your first 6 months of employment and this will be funded by our client.

A Fork Lift Truck Licence along with holding a working at heights certificate, you will be familiar with operating Mobile Elevating Work Platforms and or Cherry Picker and be licenced to operate are also essential requirements.
