Our Client is looking to employ a Technical Support Engineer in Northampton.
You are:
- Familiar with SQL
- Have experience in Analysis and Solutions
- Self-motivated
Reporting to the Technical Development Manager, your main responsibilities will be focused around supporting the development team by fielding technical enquiries, analysing data and creating specifications for development.
Your Duties will include:
Providing technical support to other departments
Acting as second level support when our main support team cannot resolve a client's technical issue
Analysing problems and creating specifications for development
Monitoring for issues, so that we can fix them early
Testing code changes
