- Beacon - a specialist provider of purchasing, consultancy and advisory services to over 2,000 customers in the hospitality, leisure and healthcare industries

As our Accommodation Co-ordinator you will ensure that all reservations contacts are dealt with promptly, professionally, efficiently and accurately, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to ensure that all targets both departmentally and individually are achieved and whenever possible, exceeded.

Your aim will be to ensure that all calls to the Reservations Team are dealt with promptly, professionally and accurately ensuring complete customer satisfaction and great customer retention.  You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a natural rapport builder able to build good relationships.  You will also have great attention to detail and a good understanding of email and Outlook.

Essential skills:

- First class communication skills both verbal and in written form

- Strong negotiation skills

- Good Listening skills
