Job Title: Design Consultant

Responsible To: Sales Director

Job Responsibility Summary:

To successfully achieve sales of tiles and bathroom products. To identify and develop all new sales enquiries from planning stage through to successful completion of sale. To invest time in absorbing and learning the features and benefits of all current and new product. To take joint responsibility in ensuring that the showroom is visually merchandised and presented in its best possible condition at all times. To ensure that the highest levels of customer service levels are maintained with all customers at all times.

Skills/ Knowledge  & Experience

1 Proven successful sales record

2 Tile and bathrooms sales experience and product knowledge

3 Exceptional communicator both written and verbal

4 Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask

5 Highly organised and able to work in a busy retail environment

6 Computer literate and experienced with CAD software and accounting systems
