Lettings Negotiator - Hatfield

We are currently assisting our Client to recruit a Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years' experience within the property industry to support the day to day management of an existing portfolio based in Hatfield (AL9).

This award-winning Estate Agency whose doors opened in 2016 has already created a strong foothold in the Hatfield Lettings market and due to the expanding portfolio of its managed house, which predominantly sits in the student market are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator.

Core Activities of a Lettings Negotiator will involve assisting in the day to day management of a portfolio of 45 + houses and in further detail will include;

• Business development
• Establishing rapport with applicants
• Preparation of new properties for marketing
• Applicant care, in line with company procedures
• Organising and carrying out viewings
• Co-ordinating move ins, moves outs, Inspections and Inventories
• Feedback to landlords, tenants and applicants following viewings
• Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork
• Efficiently dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
• Ensuring that all properties are kept up to date with current legalisation, including EPC's and safety certificates relating to individual
• Arranging re-evaluation of any relets and assisting in the preparation for remarketing
• Commitment to excellent customer service

Salary £18k - £22k dependant on experience.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with one Saturday a month.
