This company develop and supply machines to Automotive manufacturers worldwide. They have one of the most experienced teams in the sector with over 140 staff working around the world. Over the years, they have expanded operations and invest heavily to pioneer new technologies and support customers with world class assembly machinery.
Due to new projects and planned expansion, four Mechanical Fitters are immediately required;
Duties will include:
Fitting and assembly of machine parts to engineering drawings
Fitting of sub assembly parts using engineering drawings
Using hand tools to fit and assemble components
Using pillar drills, deburring tools and grinding wheels where necessary
Use engineering measuring equipment where necessary
Drilling and tapping of components where necessary
Read and understand pneumatic drawings
Fit/Pipe pneumatic and water circuits using either copper or plastic pipe work
Strip/prepare machines/ tooling for painting and dispatch
This role is based in South West Midlands and is commutable from within and around the following areas: Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Worcester.
