I'm delighted to be seeking a General Manager for one of the UK's biggest Brand names.
The role of a General Manager within this business is to lead a team, which includes an Assistant Manager, and Supervisors.
Leading a culture of high standards and great service you will be responsibility for weekly sales of between GBP20,000 to GBP40,000
Your role will entail training, recruitment, leading by example, maintaining and upholding Health and Safety and Food standards.
You will be fully P&L accountable and responsible for everything that happens within your store. Ownership and accountability are values that you should already possess.
As General Manager you will be able to respond to your local market and apply strategies that will help drive performance and sales without ever compromising quality of product and service.
