Summary:
Position: Nationwide Housebuilder based in Teesside seeking a Quantity Surveyor. Exceptional career progression.
Role: New Build Residential Inception to Completion.
Person: Person: Quantity Surveyor with Residential experience circa 2 years minimum
This nationwide Housebuilder, recently ranked in the Top 5 Housebuilders in the UK, are seeking a confident and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to run elements of both small and major housing developments throughout the North East
Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: StocktononTees
Salary: GBP40,000 GBP45,000 Car or Allowance, Pension, Discretionary Bonus, Healthcare and Life Assurance
Duties: The Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Director and will be given responsibility for various Housing Developments.
Duties will include
Measurement for development takeoffs
Subcontract payments
Liaising with subcontractors
Placing orders
Value Engineering
Requirements: The Quantity Surveyor will be educated to at least HND level in Quantity Surveying with 2+ years in a Housebuilder or Main Contractor. A wellorganised approach will be vital to manage the varied workload. The Quantity Surveyor should also be ambitious and determined to build a longterm career.
Experience with COINS would be beneficial.
Projects: New Build and Regeneration
