Process Engineer - Injection Moulding - South Devon
Salary: GBP25-30K, DOE.
Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a leading injection moulding manufacturer in the South West.
Job Requirements:
Based in-house, you will provide support to the Technical Manager by undertaking all mould trials for new and existing products.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
?? Working alongside the Project Engineer and Planner to ensure that all trials are carried out within time and to cost.
?? You will take ownership of tooling repairs and modifications.
?? Liaising with suppliers to determine costs, quality and assist with quotations.
?? You will also assist the Technical Manager with regards to tool designs, alterations and design for manufacture.
Qualification & Experience:
?? Experience repairing tools and general moulding equipment.
?? Liaising with suppliers to ensure the best cost and quality.
?? Providing input wherever modifications can be made.
