Home Care Worker

We are looking for committed and motivated staff to work within a large Home Care Service providing personalised care and support for people living in their own homes in Central and North Stockton. Support is predominantly provided to people who have a Learning Disability. The service requires flexible staff; shift work is required, including sleepover support. You will be expected to travel between calls; however this is not an essential car driver position.

For all the above positions, you will need to be able to deliver support in all aspects of daily living and personal care in a dignified manner. The services aim to promote independence and community participation.

Previous experience within a care role is not essential for these positions. New starting employees will undertake full training with our support, this includes the diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 qualification.
