Essex Fresh Start Independent School

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, talented and motivational Teacher specialising in the Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) to join a vibrant staff team in our Essex Fresh Start Independent School - Clacton, our school had recently been judged 'Good' for our teaching and learning, pupil progress and post-16 pupil development. Equally we are committed to raising standards for disadvantaged children and young people.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to take on additional paid responsibilities within the school and further opportunity to become a lead across schools within the TCES Group.

Key requirements for the posts are:

  • QTS
  • Demonstrable good judgement, emotional intelligence, commitment, reliability and integrity.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an education environment with children with ASC, SEN, but specifically Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) or Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) is desirable but not essential.
