This is a new role and a great opportunity for an ambitious and committed individual to lead and develop the sales and marketing activities of the College.
The successful candidate will be
able to demonstrate high levels of business acumen and the ability to provide direction on and lead on the implementation of strategic goals and objectives
will have business development experience ideally from a mixture of large and small businesses so you can bring in best practice including establishing targets and KPIs
will ideally have experience in the education sector, although a broad range of experience is advantageous
will be handson and up to speed with digital marketing in a business to consumer environment
will be skilled at managing and coordinating others (internal and external).
The role will manage all business development activity including creating and evaluating business opportunities through a variety of mediums including sales, marketing, digital capability and networking, would lead a small team and coordinate with other internal teams and external agencies.
What else do you need for this role? A marketing or management qualification would be good! Project management, budget control, brand development, analytical and influencing skills are all essential too All the expertise youd expect for a position at this level.
