My client is looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Sales Training Content Developer to join their dynamic and fun training team in beautiful head offices in Central London.
This is the perfect role for a creative and detail oriented individual, someone able to communicate the DNA of the brand across all retail positions and produce captivating and inspirational training content.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Developing retail training content to be used across all stores for all retail roles, from senior management down to sales assistant positions
- Adapting EMEA store training content to the UK market
- Working closely with the Training and Development Director to develop training tools for the Store Managers
- Creating inspirations and contents for training posters and factsheets linked to micro training
- Creating tangible and clear tools to be used in store
- Developing UK e learning modules and creating all webinars
- Customising globally provided modules in Claro
Person requirements:
- Significant and demonstrable experience in a creative content training role
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe packages (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Advanced MS Office
- Creative and able to come up with inspirational training concepts
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment and prioritise
- Keen eye to detail and highly organised
- Familiar with L&D models
