I am urgently seeking an experienced, senior, credit controller for a key client of mine based in central Redhill, Surrey. This role is to cover a period of sickness of initially 4 months. You will be required to interview on Friday 21st of July and start work on Monday 24th of July to carry out a handover period. The role is paying GBP26,000- 28,000 depending on experience.
Your duties will include:
Chasing outstanding debt for allocated customers to maximise cash flow.
Dealing with high value blue chip clients.
Debit note control and investigation to conclusion, customer deductions and posting cash.
Log, process and report all debit notes.
Notify customers of invalid claims.
You will need to be articulate and have a good attention to detail. You will also need to have used excel to lookup and pivot table level. Ideally you will have at least two years experience in a similar role, working in FMCG.
