My client is looking for someone to join their team as a Mechanical Test Technician, running high throughput, routine testing to support new product development projects. An immediate and permanent vacancy Based in Berkshire offering a competitive salary.
In this role, you will operate and monitor the mechanical tests in assigned area, record all pertinent data, make necessary adjustments/repairs to assure that test parameters, methods and procedures are met and report problems.
You will ideally have a BTEC (or equivalent) as a minimum and have demonstrated mechanical experience. Testing experience gained in a
production/laboratory/cleanroom environment is highly desirable.
Experience of hydraulic servicing, ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics would prove beneficial, as would demonstrated experience of diagnostic trouble shooting and problem solving hydraulic components.
