We are currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Analyst for an international leading retail and eCommerce company in the Hinckley, Leicestershire area.
The company has a huge amount of digital data, coming from a variety of sources and this role will give you the opportunity to maintain and utilise this data and the marketing database to provide insight on customer behaviour and sales trends and help shape how the company uses this data in their decision making and across the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital brand tracking survey which tracks the companies digital presence
- Implement business intelligence programmes with targets and forecasting
- Analysis of social media, utilising social listening tools to create actionable monthly reports
- Paid and organic media channel evaluation
- Analysis of user journey to provide data and insight for new website functionality and improvement and tracking the impact of new web deployments
- Integration of SEO metrics to the digital dashboard and reporting on areas that can be improved
- Setting the parameters for the personalisation engine, inpterpreting personas in Sitecore and working on next best action content marketing approach
- Campaign tracking through UTM parameters and management of campaign URLS, continuously checking to validate sources or traffic down to a social post level
- Utilising website tracking tools, heat mapping and site surveys to gather insight
- Manage A/B testing plans and reporting on results
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience of Google Analytics
- Experience working with digital data
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with an investigative mindset
- Ability to interpret complex data sets to make recommendations for improvement
- Advanced data manipulation
- Experience of website and social media monitoring tools
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
