The person appointed will be responsible for leading the ASPECT team and assuring that school liaison activity is proactive leading to high levels of student recruitment to the College. The post holder will also be responsible for developing and implementing a coherent approach to careers advice and guidance that enables learners to successfully progress onto HE, further training or into employment.
