We are now recruiting Skilled Maintenance Operatives to join our team of 150 highly-trained staff.
In this role you will be responsible for performing preventative and regular maintenance and repairs to all areas of the Home. Responsible for maintaining all health and safety paperwork, a clean and organised maintenance shop and for the security of the Homes inventory and assets such as tools, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Ideally hold a qualification in electrical or plumbing trades.
Our package includes: GBP7.80 per hour
??30 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) Leave year runs 1st April to 31st March.
