Here at Costa we are recruiting for a Finance Manager to partner with our Investment & Property functions. This is a high-profile area of the business where your advice will help influence business-critical decisions about the opening, refurbishment and closure of our stores. With an investment analyst reporting directly to you, you'll take on their development so that together you'll produce timely, accurate and insightful planning to help inform investment decisions.

Responsibilities will include;

• Influence our property investment decisions with insightful planning and accurate reporting
• Motivate, manage and develop a small team
• Help build on our success in this high-profile role
• Support other capital expenditure decisions, including managing the Capex budgeting process and monthly reports
• Develop investment models that accurately reflect investment costs, operating and revenue with best practice investment to ensure robust evaluations

Your skills and experience will involve;

• Ability to deliver professional support in the investment decision process and review performance with a robust approach on all investments
• Qualified Accountant with advanced Excel skills
• Strong Communication skills with ability to influence both financial and non financial audience
• Sound Financial modelling experience and ability to present succinctly
• Develop investment models that reflect investment and operating costs as well as revenues, using best practice appraisals so that your evaluations are water-tight.
• Highlight key issues and actions, and lead investment property meetings, pre- and post-completion so that learning's are quickly adopted.
• Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
