Customer Service Administrator
Up to GBP18k DOE

The Role:
Working for a successful importers and distributors of screws, fixings, nails and power tool accessories
Working within a small customer support admin team, you will be responsible for dealing with resolving customer complaints and orders that have discrepancies
Managing the administration process within the department
Liaising with internal parties to ensure the customers issue is resolved
Working under pressure dealing with daily volume orders
Liaising with carriers daily to ensure service needs are met
Up keep and recording, reporting on Transport delivery failures
Report intent to claim with the carriers and follow up on
Making claims where applicable
Attending monthly meetings with the Logistics team and Transport company
Data entry onto CRM system
Recognising improvements that can be made to reduce the number of internal errors
Assisting with the daily overflow from the Sales Team
The role is mostly administration based although will include answering the telephone on a daily basis and processing orders where required
Skills Required
- Previous Customer Service is nort experience necessary
- Proven background din administration
- Confident & outgoing personality
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to learn and deal with a variety of processes
- Good IT skills - To include knowledge of Excel
- Good commercial awareness of opportunities
- Ability to work as a team and help their colleagues when required
- Good telephone manner
- Strong standard for attention to detail is an absolute must
- Able to work well under pressure offering resolution to problems
- Able to offer excellent empathy
The Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, 9am - 5.30pm
