Our client, a UK provider of Psychometric Tests and Training Courses is looking for an Account Manager within a commutable distance to HenleyonThames. They are offering a basic Salary of GBP25K dependant on experience, plus OTE, 20 days holiday, fuel expenses, further benefits and excellent long term career progression. Established in the 1980s, the company specialises in providing businesses with highly effective training courses and accurate psychometric tests. With their head office based in Henley on Thames, they are a small but successful company who are expanding so can therefore offer a lot of progression to the right candidate.
The Role
This role is very much so an account management position with excellent customer service at its core in a highly competitive market! You should have a passion for business and the personal credibility to successfully, autonomously manage clients.
The challenges for the Account Manager are:
Delivering on KPIs in line with the individual and company targets set
Retaining 90% or more of the client base
Growing revenue within each account
Visiting clients
The Candidate
The Account Manager will have the following experience and attributes:
Experience selling Psychometric Tests or Training Courses would be ideal
23 years consultative sales/ account management experience
Natural ability to build and nurture relationships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
An interest in psychology would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Someone who is able to work as a team within a small business
The Rewards
In return, the Account Manager will receive an excellent package which can be negotiated dependant on the candidate. GBP25K basic salary plus OTE, 20 days holiday, fuel expenses, further benefits and excellent longterm career opportunities.
