Our client based in north Cardiff is currently looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and evolving business who pride themselves on the benefits and progression they give to their employees.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for day to day running of a variety of live accounts. Your tasks will include:
-First point of contact for any queries
-Handling all account administration including invoicing and updating their CRM system
-Contacting suppliers to gain pricing information
-Contribute to marketing communications
-Supporting the sales team with bids
-Visiting clients as required
-Developing accounts through up-selling of products
-Market research
This is a great stepping stone for someone looking to get into a sales role although our client also likes to create progression plans based on your personal goals.
The right candidate will have a flexible attitude and be driven to give a first class service. You will need to be highly organised and a strong communicator. Experience working within a commercial sales environment is desirable but not essential.
Due to location of the business a driving license and your own transport is essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP23,000 + a flexible benefits package
