Are you motivated and ready for your next HR career move? The People Services Manager is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a real difference.
The People Services team works in partnership with line managers by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit, resolving any people related issues and empowering managers along the way. The vision is to create a people support culture that is geared to pro-active resolution. Your excellent working knowledge of employment law and first-hand casework experience means you will actively coach and support your team, being the point of escalation for complex cases.
With your team focused on providing the front-line service through a one-team approach, you will lead on developing and streamlining policies, systems and processes, identifying opportunities to increase self-service functionality and improve management and employee capability. You will also be the driving force behind how the Group makes the most of the opportunity provided by the Apprenticeship Levy.
Working closely with Head of HR & OD to deliver the People Strategy and create a positive and motivated work environment, you will take every opportunity to use data to improve service delivery, develop the team and provide guidance to both managers and employees.
This role is for someone who enjoys working in a changing environment, builds rapport easily and is truly people-focused. A full UK driving licence is required.
