The company have a focus on offering a diverse range of new and used cars and vans from well-known brands such as Renault, Citroen, DS, Volvo and Dacia, with packages and offers aimed to suit individual’s needs.

We are looking for an experienced individual with excellent customer service skills to join our expanding, fast paced team of professionals to provide customer service support for the City Motors branch of the Carco Group based in St Philips Causeway.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls as well as making outbound calls to book MOTs, services and repairs as well as after sales care calls where appropriate. Therefore, you will be the first point of contact for many customers so providing a professional and friendly first impression is key.

Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: a friendly and professional telephone manner together with a good standard of literacy (spelling, presentation and appropriate use of language) applied to emails.
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
  • Organised and methodical approach to administration.
  • Teamwork skills and a flexible approach.
