Sales Office Administration Assistant
Full time Customer Service Assistant working for a leading handknitting/crochet company
We are looking for a full time member of staff to join our team at an established family run business in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield.
Main tasks include:
- Handling incoming calls and email
- Inputting orders via computerised system
- Liaising with external sales team relating to customer queries, issues and orders
- Liaising with external companies relating to customer queries, issues and orders
- Liaising with technical team to obtain product information
- Maintaining accurate records
- Processing payments
Previous experience in a customer service and sales role would be preferable. Good communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and being able to prioritise your workload and a can do attitude is essential.
