 We are looking for a highly effective and proactive Property Coordinatorto join our team.  We offer 5 star apartments for short-term stays, with a great reputation in Manchester and Liverpool. The successful Property Coordinator earning £17,000 - £21,000 pro-rata will be passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a team.

The Property Coordinator will support the efficient running of our Apartments. Resolving guest issues or complaints and anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring feedback together with various operational issues to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with guests to understand and meet their needs
  • Managing the end-to-end booking process, communicating regularly with guests and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing the different booking engines, ensuring all systems are synced and up to date
  • Coordinating housekeeping and security activities
  • Delivering initiatives that ‘delight’ the customer
  • Overseeing planned & cyclical work, with an absolute focus on maintaining the highest possible standards on site
  • Carrying out spot checks, on apartments, stock and H&S requirements

Knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Proven experience of delivering the highest level of customer service, having held positions focused on providing a service and exceeding customer needs
  • Effective administrator, with clear evidence of managing a process demanding the delivery of accurate and timely work with attention to detail
  • Communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to adjust personal style to relate to different guests
  • Used to busy periods in a role and possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure this does not compromise service
  • Knowledge of Manchester and a real interest in our shops, bars, restaurants and events would be advantageous (and great if this was held for Liverpool too)
  • Comfortable working independently and on own initiative
  • Working within tight deadlines
  • Numeracy skills
  • Computer literate

Critical knowledge required:
  • Guest relations experience
  • Good knowledge on computer system
  • GCSE Maths & English. Excellent English communication (verbal & writing)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Effective time management, communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in speech.
