Relief Support Worker

Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care and support needs. We are seeking flexible, reliable people with a range of skills and experience to provide direct support on a relief basis to people who have mental health needs in Doncaster. We need individuals who are warm, positive and committed to ensuring that service users enjoy the highest quality of life. You must be able to work using your own initiative, promote independence and work effectively as part of a team in supported living and community settings. A variety of hours and shifts can be offered to suit your availability. Experience is essential.
