Responsible for receiving project requirements and initiating orders for new and existing customers, managing customer requirements, coordinating with project management, sales and account management. Includes reporting on activity, project analysis and technical focus on precise project hand-off and execution.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Exercises discretion by pricing and initiating client order to maintain standard profit margins
Responsible for accurately conveying client requirements and specifications to the operations and project management teams
Prepares and initiates orders in an efficient and timely manner
Understands and applies company pricing guidelines and models to produce accurate, and profitable orders
Responds to inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner, both internally with sales/project managers, and externally with clients
Consults with project managers to examine job details and goals of a project, and with sales to understand client requirements and project scope
Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing and past clients through regular communication
Reports order activity and prepares performance metrics
Attends and participates in weekly departmental meetings
Performs other tasks as assigned

•Able to qualify, identify, and clarify client needs through effective questioning and listening
•Able to analyze and synthesize information and evaluate external client needs as they correlate to company services
•Strong attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records
•Strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills, and able to maintain, strengthen, and develop relationships externally and within the organization
•Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
•Effective written communication skills
Education Requirements
•Bachelor's degree
•Proficient in standard Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
•Foreign language proficiency is a plus
