Cleaning Manager- Instore/Retail Division

Servest are recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Manager to be based within a well-known supermarket brand. You will be managing a small team of between 4 and 8 cleaning staff, overseeing timesheets, payroll, rotas and holidays. Location: Wirral (CH45)
Working hours: 30 hours per week, working 6 out of 7 days (including weekends) 5am start until around 10am, flexibility is required as you will need to cover some afternoon shifts.
Hourly Rate: £10 per hour

We are looking for candidates who.

Have at least one year experience as a Cleaning Manager/ Supervisor within retail cleaning

Ideally you will also have a background in supermarket retail cleaning

Are used to managing a team of at least 4

You will have strong communication skills both verbally and written

Flexibility is required to work some afternoons and at least 1 day over the weekend
