Sales & Accounts Administrator - Maternity Contract
Gordon H Richards, an Independent Roofing Merchant are looking to recruit for the position of Sales and Accounts Administrator as a maternity cover contract.
The position requires processing of invoices, general administration duties, assisting the Manager with daily tasks within the branch including answering incoming telephone calls and general queries overall providing an excellent customer service.
The candidate would need good computer proficiency and previous experience of SAGE is desirable. A key skill for the role is the ability to work within a small team, having good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise their workload and demonstrate good time management.
The service we offer is both in Welsh and English so the ability to speak Welsh is helpful.
The hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Due to the location of the business the ability to drive is an advantage. Immediate start required.
