Managing and influencing a complex network of military and civilian stakeholders, the Regional Marketing Manager must understand and acknowledge the differences in requirements and preferences between different cohort groups and ensure that these are captured to inform successful marketing plan development.

They may be required to support activities in other contract regions on occasion and will, therefore, expect to have to travel and stay away from home. In general they are expected to live within or close to the regional geographical boundaries.

- Work with the wider Aramark food development and procurement teams and third party brand partners to oversee the development of a calendar of appropriate food concepts and promotions and create all supporting marketing and training materials in order to achieve commercial objectives including: participation, SPH, transaction revenue volumes and margin.
- Develop and implement on-going communications plans for all stakeholder groups and cohorts, identifying and using the most appropriate channel and measuring response to drive continuous improvement.
- As a content marketing specialist, deliver an on-going programme of activity to update and drive usage and interaction with all regional areas of the CA web site, Side by Side Hub (including App), Face book, and Twitter and Linked In pages.
- Support the Regional Retail and Leisure Manager to create and promote activity and promotional programmes tailored to each Establishment
- Support Regional colleagues by running, MI, Ipos data, Google Analytics and other relevant information to highlight trends, build business cases or any other monthly reporting requirements, including attending review meetings, in support of contract retention and continuous improvement objectives.
- Manage the regional and establishment marketing and communications budgets and deliver exceptional results within agreed deadlines.
- Support the Marketing Director in development and delivery of the annual marketing strategy for Aramark.

Candidate requirements:

- Have a proven track record in B2C and B2B marketing, having created and implemented successful marketing plans in these sectors which achieved all agreed objectives.
- Be an excellent and astute communicator with demonstrable experience of managing complex stakeholder, internal and external networks and achieving results through influence.
- Have at least 5 year's experience of managing and achieving results through multi-channel marketing and communications programmes.
- Be experienced in collating and interpreting a wide range of data sources to build business cases or support continuous improvement and innovation strategies.
- Be results and outcome driven, constantly challenging themselves and others to deliver the best solution and service for the customer and client.
