Are you a Engineering Manager from a manufacturing background looking to join a market leading company who offer on-going training & progression?
On offer is the opportunity to work for a market leading company where you will be the principal point of contact within a highly skilled engineering team driving a continuous improvements strategy within a high tech manufacturing environment.
You will be managing an engineering team where you will be revising and implementing a preventative maintenance strategy on their bespoke manufacturing equipment. You will managing a team of engineering staff where you will work with the production staff to introduce projects for continuous improvements across the site.
This company are a world leader in the manufacture of building materials. They have a loyal, close-knit team and are looking for a like-minded Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
This role would suit an Engineering Manager who is looking to be the principal point of contact on a highly automated manufacturing facility where you also have progression opportunities and technical development.
The Role:
* Managing the engineering department
* revising and implementing PPM schedules for their high end manufacturing machinery
* Implementing a continuous improvements strategy across the site
The Person:
