My client, a Family run organization who is a specialist in commercial insurance is looking for an Insurance Account Administrator in their head office in Chippenham to help manage existing clients insurance policies, as well as process new clients into the ever growing company.
As an Insurance Account Administrator your key accountabilities and responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Account Executives in processing any insurance renewals
- Managing the Executives diaries and create and book any appointments and meetings that they have
- Creating and run reports from the existing clients on the database
- Load any data onto the new database for new and existing clients where needed
Essential Experience needed is as follows:
- Experience within Commercial Experience at any level is essential
- A good understanding of Commercial Insurance processes and procedures, you must be able to hit the ground running and require minimal training in your knowledge of the market
- Ideally you will come from a background broking, however if you have knowledge from another area of commercial insurance you will still be considered for the position.
- Experience using the system Acturis is highly desirable, however not essential.
You will be rewarded with a salary up to GBP24,000, with company benefits such as pension schemes and a minimum of 25 days holiday.
