Electro-Mechanical Machine Builder

A small Design / manufacturing company based in Northamptonshire, which is under-going a period of expansion and growth within the Engineering / manufacturing industry.

Specialists in control systems, benching and bespoke machinery from conception, design, manufacture through to installation.

Job Role:
Electrical / mechanical role to include light mechanical assembly of aluminium framed machinery and conveyors, Panel wiring, machine wiring, functional test and occasional site installation mainly in UK.

Skills:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role, with either an electrical or mechanical qualification.
- PLC experience would be advantageous, but not necessary as training can be given to those willing to progress further within the company.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail.
- There will be occasional site work with this role, therefore a driving license is essential.

The package:

- Permanent position.
- Normal hours of work: 40 hour / week. 08.30 - 17.00 Monday - Friday with possibility of overtime.
- 25 days + statutory holidays per year.
- Salary £28,000 per year with paid overtime.
