A prestigious International bank is seeking a strong compliance individual to assist in this busy area. Your duties will cover:
- Oversee and implement the remediation of transaction reporting processes and create BAU processes around transaction reporting under EMIR, MiFID, MiFID II.
- Design and develop control processes to support critical EMIR and MiFID functions
- Develop action plans to ensure the Bank will be compliant with the requirements of MiFID II/MiFIR when it becomes effective
Your experience must include:
- Strong technical understanding of the UK EMIR, MiFID and MiFID II transaction reporting regime
- Proven experience in delivering transaction reporting activities in line roles in trading businesses
- Proven experience of developing policy documents
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written and good presentation skills
