Manufacturers and distributors of expanded metal building products and plasterers' accessories to the construction industry are seeking an Operations Manager, based in Maldon, Essex.
The company, a privately owned family organisation has enjoyed sustained levels of growth in both turnover and profitability over the past 10 years and is now looking to employ a confident, highly motivated and proactive individual to become a fundamental part of the business moving forwards.
The position is office and field based and the basic requirements are to manage internal sales, transport, customer service and related administration.
The successful applicant will be answerable to the Managing Director and need to be able to work as a team player within a small office. Experience in a similar working environment is necessary along with a good understanding of standard computer software.
- The package offered will have a basic salary of between £25-30K per annum based on previous experience plus an attractive performance related bonus scheme.
