ABOUT THE COMPANY
A large national company providing an essential service to the UK insurance industry is seeing unprecedented growth in new areas of the business and are looking for a subject matter expert to provide technical support.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a part of a newly formed division and the subject matter expert in your field. You will be responsible for your own case load of domestic marine insurance claims ranging from a few thousand to a total loss claim with a value up to six figures. You will have at least 2-3 years recent experience as a Marine Claims Handler.
KEY DUTIES

Helping Marine customers by identifying the best solutions to their claims in line with clients' policies and procedures

Liaison with customers, clients and service providers
*
Proactively managing your own case load
